Ray McDonald, Jr., signed a one-year deal with the Chicago Bears last week. Good news or bad? I’ll say good, because the family, led by patriarch Willie McDonald, former state champion track coach and the soul of Glades Central High School athletics, has been driving high-risk kids toward success for a couple of generations now.
