Palm Beach Post Staff Reports

Ta'Coia Williams was 4-for-5 with three RBI, leading top-ranked Palm Beach Gardens to a 9-1 rout of eighth-ranked Palm Beach Central on Tuesday night.

Tiffany Lower had three hits and two RBI and Jessie Lopes added an RBI for the Gators (6-0).

NO. 3 JUPITER 8, NO. 5 WELLINGTON 1

Kylee Hanson had 10 strikeouts and Kasey McMullen was 2-for-3 with a double, two RBI and two runs scored as the Warriors (4-1) defeated the Wolverines (4-2) in Wellington.

NO. 4 PARK VISTA 15, JOHN I. LEONARD 0 (3)

Taylor Scher homered, doubled and had four RBI and Jaymee Kendall doubled and added three RBI as the Cobras (5-1) routed the Lancers (2-3) in Greenacres.

NO. 6 WEST BOCA RATON 12, LAKE WORTH 2 (6)

Marina Costa was 4-for-5 with two RBI and Ashley Carrasquilla went 2-for-3 with an RBI and three runs scored as the Bulls (4-0) handled the Trojans (1-3) in Lake Worth. Jeannie Strait doubled and had two RBI for Lake Worth.

KING'S ACADEMY 3, SEMINOLE RIDGE 2

Amanda Willcox was 2-for-3 with a double, an RBI and a run scored and Abby Cornelius added two RBI as the Lions (3-3) edged the Hawks in West Palm Beach.

SUNCOAST 11, BOYNTON BEACH 0 (5)

Amber Braun hit for the cycle, including a game-ending, three-run home run in the bottom of the fifth to lead the Chargers (3-2) to the rout of the Tigers (0-3) in Riviera Beach.

SANTALUCES 6, ROYAL PALM BEACH 0

Lindsey Hall had 13 strikeouts and was 2-for-3 with two RBI as the Chiefs (4-2) handled the Wildcats in Royal Palm Beach. Gina Halle had a double and two runs scored for Santaluces.

GLADES CENTRAL 24, PAHOKEE 1 (3)

Destiny Dowers pitched a three-hitter with five strikeouts as the Raiders (2-5) routed the Blue Devils in Pahokee.

CARDINAL NEWMAN 16, FOREST HILL 0 (3):

Peyton Finlayson was 2-for-3 with five RBI as the Crusaders (3-3) cruised past the Falcons (0-4) in West Palm Beach.

BOCA RATON 8, SPANISH RIVER 4

Taylor Troyan was 2-for-4 with two doubles and two RBI as the Bobcats (2-1) beat the Sharks (1-4) in Boca Raton. Jordy Kruempel went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI for Spanish River.

BEREAN CHRISTIAN 7, JUPITER CHRISTIAN 5

Amber Johnson had 17 strikeouts and was 3-for-3 at the plate to lead the Bulldogs (1-0) past the Eagles (1-1) in West Palm Beach. Danielle Hartman had a double, two RBI and a run scored for Berean. Loren Kilgore tripled for Jupiter Christian.

LAKE WORTH CHRISTIAN 19, DEERFIELD BEACH-ZION LUTHERAN 5 (5)

Rebecca Ross was 4-for-5 with a triple and six RBI and Autumn Kirton went 4-for-4 with three runs scored as the Defenders (1-0) routed the Lions in Deerfield Beach.

GLADES DAY 17, WELLINGTON CHRISTIAN 3 (5)

Amanda Bock was 3-for-4 with a grand slam and a double as the Gators (2-3) routed the Eagles in Wellington.

POMPANO BEACH-HIGHLAND CHRISTIAN 18, BENJAMIN 17

Arden Pettit was 4-for-4 with three doubles and four RBI and Jessica Armstrong went 4-for-5 with three doubles and two RBI, but the Buccaneers (2-1) fell to the Knights in a slugfest in Palm Beach Gardens.

JENSEN BEACH 17, FORT PIERCE WESTWOOD 0 (3)

Carol Giuffrida was 3-for-3 with a triple and three RBI and Hailey Cusimano went 2-for-2 with a double and two RBI as the Falcons (3-3) cruised past the Panthers in Jensen Beach.
