Palm Beach Post Staff Reports

Ivenor Rosier had 10 assists, nine points and six steals, leading Royal Palm Beach to an 83-68 upset of eighth-ranked Palm Beach Lakes in a boys basketball matchup Tuesday night.

C.J. Hammond scored 18 points for the Wildcats (13-7).

Maxwell Caines led Palm Beach Lakes with 17 points.

No. 1 SUMMIT CHRISTIAN 77, AMERICAN HERITAGE 36

Farad Cobb had 32 points and eight rebounds and Shane Phillips added 14 points and 14 rebounds as the Saints (18-2) handled the Stallions in Delray Beach. Peyton Luken scored eight points for American Heritage.

NO. 3 SPANISH RIVER 70, SEMINOLE RIDGE 34

Reggie Love had 22 points and 15 rebounds and Evan Kupferberg added 14 points and 13 rebounds as the Sharks (16-2) routed the Hawks in Boca Raton. Myers McCray had nine for Seminole Ridge.

NO. 4 ST. ANDREW'S 62, CARDINAL NEWMAN 51

Jake Bargas scored 11 points to lead the Scots past the Crusaders (9-9) in West Palm Beach. Hunter Burnette had 12 points and 11 rebounds, and Andrew Owers added 12 points for Cardinal Newman.

NO. 5 JOHN I. LEONARD 66, PARK VISTA 47

Aaron Horne had 11 points and 15 rebounds and Zeke Bennett chipped in six steals and five assists as the Lancers (13-4) beat the Cobras in Greenacres. Yephnick Adelphonse scored 12 points for Park Vista.

Jonathan Smith had 19 points and five steals and Jonathan Odjo added 16 points as the Chargers (15-4) edged the Falcons (16-5) in Riviera Beach. Alex Thompson scored 24 points for Jensen Beach.

Bobby Hain scored 16 points and Mike Edgley added 15 to lead the Warriors (15-7) over the Wolverines (13-9) in Wellington. Stephane Beneche had 19 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks for Wellington.

DWYER 71, PALM BEACH CENTRAL 57

Joel James scored 14 points to lead the Panthers (13-6) past the Broncos (5-13) in Wellington. A.J. Lowe had 10 points and nine rebounds, and Mark Evans added 12 points for Palm Beach Central.

BOCA RATON 71, PALM BEACH GARDENS 58

Max McKee had 18 points and 13 rebounds and Jacolby Harris scored 21 points to lead the Bobcats (12-7) past the Gators in Boca Raton. Alton Gatling scored 27 points for Palm Beach Gardens.

Jimson Clerveus scored 21 points and Kenley Gabriel added 12 as the Trojans edged the Bulls (10-11) in Boca Raton. Kenneth Chien scored 25 points and Corey Kacurov added 19 for West Boca Raton.

SANTALUCES 65, FOREST HILL 38

Mario Fleurima scored 20 points and Jess Ewald added 10 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Chiefs (11-6) over the Falcons in West Palm Beach. Jonathan Lopez had 15 for Forest Hill.

ATLANTIC 63, OLYMPIC HEIGHTS 39

Chad Ward had 10 points and five rebounds as the Eagles (10-5) handled the Lions in Delray Beach. Jordan Coblin scored 11 points for Heights.

PAHOKEE 67, GLADES DAY 42

James Scott had 18 points, seven steals and five assists and Jaleek Mitchell added 20 rebounds and four blocks as the Blue Devils (9-6) handled the Gators in Pahokee. Jose Penton led Glades Day with 21 points.

JUPITER CHRISTIAN 49, KING'S ACADEMY 45

Stefan Dombrowsky scored 26 points and shot 12-for-14 from the free-throw line to help the Eagles (9-10) hold off the Lions in Jupiter. Sean Moye led King's with 14 points.

BENJAMIN 69, FORT LAUDERDALE-CALVARY CHRISTIAN 60: Austin Rosenthal had 23 points and four assists and Isaiah Hobbs added 20 points as the Buccaneers (14-8) defeated the Eagles in Fort Lauderdale.

BOCA RATON CHRISTIAN 69, WELLINGTON CHRISTIAN 61

Collin Gray scored 20 points and Heber Michel added 17 to lead the Blazers past the Eagles (10-10) in Wellington. Charles Brown had 26 points and 16 rebounds for Wellington Christian.

VILLAGE ACADEMY 74, INLET GROVE 37

TreQuan Smith had 19 points and 13 rebounds and Gibson Lewis added 13 points and 10 rebounds as the Tigers (16-5) routed the Hurricanes in Delray Beach. Alonzo McAdory scored 19 points for Inlet Grove.

POMPANO BEACH-HIGHLANDS CHRISTIAN 61, TRINITY CHRISTIAN 51

Byron Ferguson had 16 points and five rebounds and John Thompson added 13 points, but the Warriors fell to the Knights in Pompano Beach.

JOHN CARROLL 52, COMMUNITY CHRISTIAN 40

David Torres had 20 points and 11 rebounds and Trent Nall added 13 points and five assists to lead the Rams (8-12) past the Cougars in Fort Pierce.

MARTIN COUNTY 71, PORT ST. LUCIE 70: Justin Simmons and Traevis Graham each scored 23 points as the Tigers (19-3) edged the Jaguars in Port St. Lucie. Dominico Santiago had 20 points and 10 rebounds for Port St. Lucie.

I went to the Highlands-Trinity game last night. And Highlands has a nice little trio with Ryan Teason, Devon Caputo, and Herman Robinson. Teason had 5 3's and Caputo and Robinson both put up double doubles. These three guys look like pretty good college prospects. Byron Ferguson for Trinity is a pretty good shooter he looked like the only real player on Trinity
