Boys basketball: No. 4 Palm Beach Lakes holds off Atlantic

Quincy Rideau scored 28 points, leading the fourth-ranked Palm Beach Lakes boys basketball team toa 66-60 victory over Atlantic on Friday night in Delray Beach.

Gito St. Fort added 16 points for the Rams (14-4).

Brian Paul scored 16 points for the Eagles (13-6).

No. 2 Dwyer 82, Olympic Heights 39: Henery White scored 12 points and Alex Davis added 11 as the Panthers (16-2) rolled over the Lions in Palm Beach Gardens. Jaelin Jackson scored eight points for Heights.

No. 3 Lake Worth Christian 72, Oxbridge Academy 46: Jeantal Cylla had 28 points and seven rebounds and Isaiah Hobbs added 19 points and nine rebounds as the Defenders routed the Thunderwolves (13-4) in Boynton Beach. Elvis Harvey had 11 points and 15 rebounds for Oxbridge.

No. 6 Spanish River 54, Boca Raton 49: Brandon Kenmerer scored 23 points and Frantz Dumas added 10 as the Sharks held off the Bobcats in Boca Raton.

No. 7 Cardinal Newman 60, Inlet Grove 38: Dan Lewis scored 15 points and John Collins added 12 points and 12 rebounds as the Crusaders (14-3) cruised past the Hurricanes in West Palm Beach. Sharon Tucker scored 13 points for Inlet.

No. 9 Park Vista 63, No. 10 John I. Leonard 46: Christian Brown scored 18 points to lead the Cobras over the Lancers (10-7) in Greenacres. Rashad Grover scored 10 points and Mack Fileus had 10 rebounds for Leonard.

Palm Beach Central 50, Palm Beach Gardens 48: Javierre Cook scored 23 points as the Broncos (7-12) went on a 15-6 fourth-quarter run to edge the Gators (7-9) in Palm Beach Gardens. Sean Kennedy led Gardens with 12 points.

Jupiter 60, Seminole Ridge 21: Devonte Lillard scored 17 points as the Warriors routed the Hawks (1-15) in Loxahatchee.

Royal Palm Beach 83, West Boca Raton 59: Travis Weatherington scored 22 points and Jules Jasmine added 19 to lead the Wildcats over the Bulls (9-11) in Boca Raton. Maxx Bleecher scored 27 points for West Boca.

Lake Worth 77, Forest Hill 27: Jerry Oliver had 16 points and 12 rebounds and Aaron Horne added 16 points and 10 rebounds as the Trojans (13-6) rolled past the Falcons in Lake Worth. Kevon Cadet scored six points for Forest Hill.

Boynton Beach 46, Santaluces 34: Trent Frazier and Jordan Galvan each scored 11 points to lead the Tigers over the Chiefs in Boynton Beach. Akeem Daschner scored eight points for Santaluces.

Summit Christian 51, Wellington Christian 47: Dijoun Farquharson had 30 points and six rebounds as the Saints (9-3) held off the Eagles in West Palm Beach. Justen Hunter scored 18 points for Wellington Christian.

Village Academy 62, FAU High 31: Eliezer Destin had 12 points and six rebounds and Jimmy Louis added 12 points and five assists as the Tigers (15-4) routed the Owls in Delray Beach. Bradley Connor scored 11 points for FAU.

Boca Raton Christian 64, Lauderhill-Upperroom Christian 35: Colin Gray scored 12 points and Michael Walsh added 11 to lead the Blazers (15-4) to the rout of the Soaring Eagles in Boca Raton.

Berean Christian 64, Glades Day 44: Dion Novil scored 18 points and Austin Skelton added 17 as the Bulldogs defeated the Gators (3-7) in Belle Glade. Jonathon Leon and Charlie Velasquez each scored 15 points in the loss.

Vero Beach-St. Edward’s 78, Jupiter Christian 51: Shane Black had 19 points and 11 rebounds, but the Eagles (5-11) fell to the Pirates in Jupiter.

Fort Pierce Central 56, Jensen Beach 50: Barry Bailey scored 16 points and Richard Larcher added 14 as the Cobras rolled past the Falcons (10-8) in Jensen Beach.
