Soccer: No. 2 Palm Beach Central girls edge Oxbridge

Michelle Nilsen scored two goals on penalty kicks, helping second-ranked Palm Beach Central top Oxbridge 3-2 in a girls soccer matchup Wednesday night in Wellington.

Aubrey McGrath added a goal for the Broncos (14-0).

Lisa Cedeno and Lorena Cedeno each scored goals and Ryenne Dietrick had seven saves for the Thunderwolves (11-2).

No. 3 Boca Raton 8, Santaluces 0: Taylor Moos scored three goals and Nicole Werking added two goals and an assist as the Bobcats (13-0-1) rolled over the Chiefs in Boca Raton.

No. 6 Park Vista 1, No. 9 John I. Leonard 0: Stephanie Rodriguez scored a goal and Mackenzie Cauphen earned her seventh shutout as the Cobras (9-3-1) topped the Lancers (7-3-2) in Greenacres. Brianna Labadie had 14 saves for Leonard.

No. 10 Spanish River 4, Atlantic 1: Brianna McGraw scored two goals and Monica Weiss and Sarah Grubman each added a goal as the Sharks (8-4-2) stopped the Eagles in Boca Raton.

Royal Palm Beach 3, Olympic Heights 0: Leekeasha Venius and Sarah Iman each scored a goal and Alexis Lee-Fatt recorded her eighth shutout of the season as the Wildcats (10-3) shut down the Lions in Boca Raton.

Glades Day 1, Pine School 1: Kassidy Roberts scored for the Gators (6-5-1) and Annalise Romero scored for the Knights (4-8-1) in the tie in Belle Glade. Cassidy Bell had 17 saves for Pine.

Port St. Lucie 6, Fort Pierce Central 1: Cassidy Kutner had four goals and two assists and Shelby Little added a goal and three assists to lead the Jaguars (1-9) over the Cobras in Port St. Lucie. Erica Molina and Taylor Reid each had three saves for the Jaguars.

BOYS

No. 1 Boca Raton 8, Santaluces 0: Gio DiMauro scored four goals and Matheus Macedo added three more to lead the Bobcats (15-0) to the rout of the Chiefs in Boca Raton. Brian Kilgallon earned the shutout.

No. 4 Spanish River 2, Atlantic 1: Juan Ocampo scored both goals to help the Sharks (9-0-1) edge the Eagles (6-3) in Boca Raton. Jairo Jiminez scored for Atlantic.

No. 6 Benjamin 4, Pahokee 0: Kevin Byrne scored three goals and Tristan Walker added another to lead the Buccaneers (10-0-2) over the Blue Devils in Pahokee. Cody Ruedisili earned his third shutout in goal.

No. 7 Royal Palm Beach 3, Olympic Heights 0: Robert Ferguson, Julian Lopez and Kyle Edmonds all scored a goal to lead the Wildcats (14-1) over the Lions in Boca Raton.

No. 10 Cardinal Newman 4, Lincoln Park Academy 2: Stanley Jeancy had two goals and an assist as the Crusaders (5-2-1) beat the Greyhounds in Fort Pierce.

Seminole Ridge 5, Glades Central 3: Cody Ehrlund had two goals and an assist and Travis Virgo added two goals as the Haws (4-7) beat the Raiders in Belle Glade. Bronson Harris also scored a goal for Seminole.

Jupiter 2, Suncoast 2: Jonathon Cifuentes scored two goals as the Warriors (6-3-2) tied the Chargers in Riviera Beach.

Lake Worth 3, Palm Beach Lakes 1: Diego Ramirez, Kens Dipiens and Steve Hyppolett each scored a goal and Kevin Bravo added three assists as the Trojans (5-5-2) beat the Rams in Lake Worth.

John I. Leonard 2, Park Vista 0: Alfredo Salazar and Danny Zamromo each scored a goal as the Lancers (6-5-2) beat the Cobras in Greenacres.

Jensen Beach 3, Fort Pierce Westwood 1: Ryan Pechner, Shane Laycher and Tony Beltron each scored a goal as the Falcons (5-4-1) stopped the Panthers in Fort Pierce.

Coral Springs Charter 2, No. 5 King's Academy 1: Gio Chinchilla scored a goal and Nick Bates had four saves, but the Lions (9-1) fell to the Panthers in West Palm Beach on Monday.
