Girls basketball: No. 4 Grandview Prep improves to 16-1

Neydja Petithomme had 28 points, 10 assists, and four rebounds, leading the fourth-ranked Grandview Prep girls basketball team to a 56-29 rout of West Boca Raton on Friday night in Boca Raton.
Vionise Pierre-Louis added 23 points, 12 rebounds and three blocks for the host Pride (16-1).
No. 8 Benjamin 45, Jupiter Christian 28: Arden Petit scored 17 points and Hannah Labovick added nine rebounds as the Buccaneers (15-5) handled the Eagles (0-11) in Jupiter. Lindsey Powers scored 18 points for Jupiter Christian.
Spanish River 51, Royal Palm Beach 41: Crystal Ventura scored 11 points and Chelsea Smith added nine, but the Sharks fell to the Wildcats in Royal Palm Beach.
Lincoln Park Academy 68, St. Andrew's 35: Allie Russo made four 3-pointers and scored 16 points, but the Scots (12-3) fell to the Greyhounds in Boca Raton.
Oxbridge Academy 34, Pope John Paul II 20: Riley Harrison scored 12 points, leading the Thunderwolves (13-6) over the Eagles in West Palm Beach.
Lake Worth Christian 33, Boca Raton Christian 24: McKenzie Ross had 14 points and 12 rebounds, but the Blazers (9-4) fell to the Defenders in Boca Raton.
