Kai James made the game-winning basket as top-ranked Dwyer edged fifth-ranked Jupiter 52-50 in overtime Friday night.
Precious Bridges scored 13 points and James had 12 for the Panthers (9-0).
Megan Pino had 18 points and 11 rebounds for Jupiter (5-2).
No. 4 Trinity Christian 59, Berean Christian 23: Danielle McCray had 31 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Warriors (6-1) over the Bulldogs in Lake Worth. Amber Shuler added nine points for Trinity.
No. 9 Benjamin 67, Lake Worth Christian 21: Riley Burke made five three-pointers and scored 19 points to lead the Bucs (8-1) to the rout of the Defenders (1-5) in Boynton Beach.
Park Vista 52, Village Academy 13: Caitlin Hayes had 18 points and eight rebounds to lead the Cobras (8-4) to the rout of the Tigers in Boynton Beach. Christina Saint Pierre added 12 points for Park Vista.
Cardinal Newman 30, St. Andrew's 29: Daisy DeRooy had nine points and Amanda Ryan added eight rebounds as the Crusaders (7-3) edged the Scots in West Palm Beach.
Spanish River 49, West Boca Raton 20: Emily Rosenstein had 14 points and Julie Robbins added 10 points and seven rebounds to lead the Sharks past the Bulls in Boca Raton. Rachel Stempel scored 13 points for the Bulls.
Jupiter Christian 37, Vero Beach-St. Edward's 34: Nina Olivera scored 10 points and Stephanie Kumler added 11 rebounds to help the Eagles (6-3) hold off the Pirates in Vero Beach.
John Carroll 36, Pine School 16: Hunter Sullivan scored 13 points to help the Rams (1-6) handle the Knights (2-5) in Hobe Sound.
Lincoln Park Academy 69, Fort Pierce Central 34: Brandy Montgomery had a triple-double with 15 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds as the Greyhounds (7-2) routed the Cobras in Fort Pierce. Dyana Pierre added 21 points and 14 rebounds and Stephanie Ball had a game-high 23 points for Lincoln Park Academy.
