Boys Basketball: Top-ranked Grandview advances to district final

Sean Walsh scored 19 points to lead top-ranked Grandview Prep to a 68-41 rout of Glades Day in a District 12-2A semifinal Tuesday night in Lake Worth.

Windale Glinton added 13 points and 12 rebounds for the top-seeded Pride (24-2) against the fourth-seeded Gators. Grandview will face Lake Worth Christian in Saturday's championship.

Lake Worth Christian 92, Boca Raton Christian 64: Jeantal Cylla scored 34 points and Alex Urso added 18 as the second-seeded Defenders (14-12) powered past the third-seeded Blazers in the 12-2A semifinals in Boynton Beach. R.J. Walsh scored 36 points for Boca Raton Christian.

District 10-8A

John I. Leonard 66, Seminole Ridge 58: Mario Saunders scored 23 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as the fourth-seeded Lancers (8-12) beat the fifth-seeded Hawks in Greenacres. John I. Leonard advances to face Park Vista on Wednesday.

District 12-7A

Martin County 80, Port St. Lucie 44: Jermohn Queen finished with a game-high+ 30 points, seven assists and five steals as the top-seeded Tigers (22-3) routed the fourth-seeded Jaguars in Stuart. Wyatt Springer scored 25 points for Port St. Lucie (12-12). Martin County will face Fort Pierce Central in Thursday's district final.

Fort Pierce Central 84, Sebastian River 77: Jean Walker scored 25 points and Josh Knight added 22 as the third-seeded Cobras upset the second-seeded Sharks in Stuart.

District 13-3A

American Heritage 71, Trinity Christian 25: A.J. Garson scored 16 points as the third-seeded Stallions (12-11) routed the sixth-seeded Warriors (1-23) in Delray Beach. Heritage advances to face second-seeded Village Academy in Friday's semifinals.

Yeshiva 58, Pope John Paul II 52: The fifth-seeded Storm shut down the fourth-seeded Eagles in Delray Beach. Yeshiva advances to face top-seeded Summit Christian in Friday's semifinals.

District 12-3A

King's Academy 60, Jupiter Christian 45: Scott Perry scored 23 points as the fourth-seeded Lions (13-13) beat the fifth-seeded Eagles in Royal Palm Beach. King's Academy advances to face Benjamin in Friday's semifinal.

District 11-2A

Pine School 48, Morningside Academy 40: Reed Sages made four three-pointers in the second half, scoring 14 points, and Jack Stubblefield also scored 14 as the second-seeded Knights (6-14) shut down the third-seeded Eagles in Hobe Sound. Brandon Thomas led Morningside with 15 points. Pine advances to face Vero Beach-Masters Academy in Saturday's final.

Vero Beach-Master's Academy 64, Community Christian 27: Myles Krupa scored 15 points on five 3-pointers, but the Cougars fell to the Patriots in Stuart.
