pv game was total bs. how do you possibly call a foul on a player with no time left on the clock its physically not possible to do if theres no time in the game left. pv should have won that game

Ridiculous:

Were you there at the game? It was an extremely hard foul obvious to the entire crowd and it was also obvious that it occurred just BEFORE the buzzer sounded. Officials got together and discussed that the foul occurred so close to the sounding of the horn that there should be no time placed back on the clock. Consequently, the free throw shooter would shoot the free throws with nobody around the lane and no time remaining.

Even if the officials HAD chosen to put one-tenth of a second back on the clock, Park Vista would have needed to tip (not shoot) the end bounds pass thrown in from underneath Summit's basket from 90+ feet away - an impossibility.

Never comment on a game you didn't attend - it's a Snakey thing to do (just 'cause you're a Cobra fan).

@ Not Ridiculous

I was at the game and it was one of the worst calls that I have ever witnessed within the situation of the game.

1. Give Brian a tremondous amount of credit for making those two free throws. Took alot of nerves to do what he did.
2. The foul was not a hard foul at all. If one, it was a touch foul.
3. Brian had less then a second to retrieve the ball from 3 point line going away and launch a desperation shot. Key was that he was going away to retreive a long rebound. He may never had released the ball in time based upon this.
4. A ref is trained not to be the deciding factor in the game unless it is just a must call during the closing points of a game (eg hard foul on drive to the lane, knocking down a shooter.in the act). There was ONE SECOND LEFT and the PLAYER WAS RETRIEVING A REBOUND GOING AWAY from BASKET. Just a very lousy call.

@Not ridiculous

you actually have no idea what you are talking about as I did attend the game. Foul was not there, and could not have been seen in the mess of bodies if he even did get fouled. exactly what PV Dad said in the rest of my reasoning, especially number 3 and 4. horrible pun by the way

I have no recollection of seeing this so-called "extremely hard foul" that the "entire crowd" saw, so that is false as well.
