No nonsense, won't waste the time of the parent or the player and requires full player commitment. Especially the right guy for new pitchers and for those struggling under other unstable coaches. Tom has been a fixture of South Florida Softball for 25 plus years and has and is serving on many different highly regarding softball committees.
