Last nights JV game the kids played hard but the coaching wasn't there. Running the shot gun didn't work the first half so why do it in the second half when the defensive ends were coming in on every play while still running to the outside.

Falcon coaches, practice with the offenseive line so the QB can have more time to throw the ball! Show them how to block so we can stop running so much. We got the team we just need to coach them.Theres no SPUNK in the team or coaching staff. #1 AND #55 are really the only two that have shown they got heart.We need to get a band that doesnt play those sad Titantic songs all night and some cheerleaders that are there for the game and not the boys.The JV girls had to pump up the crowd. Yeah it's me again.Once again we had dumb coaching.If we losing 21-0 why are we trying to kick a field goal and we are on the 5 yard line.What were those 3 points gonna do for us.GO FOR IT!! Coach the team PLEASE!!!! They got down the field a couple of times THROWING the ball.The offensive line did good this week in allowing the QB time to throw.This should've been our first win. I see a lot of people filling the stands each week supporting our football team but no one seems to be coming forward to support the Falcon Football Booster that supports the team. We need a lot more parents to step up and be apart of it. Its the same parents/volunteers over and over. I thank them very much for it, we need your help to make this a more successful booster by being more active. Thank you.

Yeah yall got a little cheap hit in on #55 from the blind side but it wasnt nothin' , my momma hit harder than that. He shook it off,did a couple of push ups and was right back out on the field looking for # 35 that was on the sideline scared to get back in. You really didnt do anything to brag about. You only get points for a hit when a player cant come back in the game.

I have been to every Falcon game and am amazed at how the coaches change everyone's positions each week -- how can we expect to win when players are put into positions that they don't know how to play? Remember the Kickoff Classic? We kicked butt! Yet, the coaches felt it necessary to change all the positions on both the O and D lines....why? If it was working, why change it? Put the team back the way that it was over the summer and at the kickoff classic. We were unstoppable...now we just look pathetic. Put #11 back as QB; he was good and the O line respected him. The QB that's in now only passes to or hands off to his two buddies and if he can't make a play with either of them, he BACKS UP 8-10 yards and gets sacked. Come on coaches! DO SOMETHING! The coaches are always preaching about not giving up - well, it appears as if the coaches have given up. Do your jobs -- our team CAN win and if our players are put in the right spots, we WILL win. Go Falcons!

Falcons you have to look deep inside and see if this is something you really want. Week after week practice, practice, practice and than game day comes around and you try but no win! There is no room for second place. There is only one place in my game, and that's first place. I have finished second twice in my time at Green Bay, and I don't ever want to finish second again. There is a second place bowl game, but it is a game for losers played by losers. It is and always has been an American zeal to be first in anything we do, and to win, and to win, and to win.
Every time a football player goes to ply his trade he's got to play from the ground up - from the soles of his feet right up to his head. Every inch of him has to play. Some guys play with their heads. That's O.K. you've got to be smart to be number one in any business. But more importantly, you've got to play with your heart, with every fiber of your body. If you're lucky enough to find a guy with a lot of head and a lot of heart, he's never going to come off the field second.
Running a football team is no different than running any other kind of organization - an army, a political party or a business. The principles are the same. The object is to win - to beat the other guy. Maybe that sounds hard or cruel. I don't think it is.
It is a reality of life that men are competitive and the most competitive games draw the most competitive men. That's why they are there - to compete. To know the rules and objectives when they get in the game. The object is to win fairly, squarely, by the rules - but to win.
And in truth, I've never known a man worth his salt who in the long run, deep down in his heart didn't appreciate the grind, the discipline. There is something in good men that really yearns for discipline and the harsh reality of head to head combat.
I don't say these things because I believe in the "brute" nature of man or that men must be brutalized to be combative. I believe in God, and I believe in human decency. But I firmly believe that any man's finest hour - his greatest fulfillment to all he holds dear - is that moment when he has to work his heart out in a good cause and he's exhausted on the field of battle - victorious.

Our program is slowly making progress and Coach Powell, Moreland, Trent, Stuckey, Garett, Johnny, and everybody give us the instructions that we need, but on friday nights we fall short. Good thing #9 wont be playing next year, shouldn't have played this year as QB, cant take a hit(scared). #9 has to be the worst QB in the state of Florida. Take a sack, take a 5 yd loss, run up the field not run back to fumble or throw a pick. Take hit tuck the ball. Why would a COACH call a pass play with #9 QB in the red zone with 38s to half time seeing that he cant throw worth a crap. Passing all night with the wind blowing as hard as it was?????????? #9 the QB has a hard enough time throwing without the wind. Thankfully we only have to watch him play one more time and next year hopefully we can get a QB thats worth watching or playing.

We need a QB and a field goal kicker !!! The kicker weighs about 200lbs and thinks he's playin kick ball.The ball goes toward I-95 every time.We need NEW plays and a band.Did you see Hollywood Hills band? That showed out. It was homecoming and our band played like it was a funeral. The team has a lot of potential we just gotta hope these guys thats not seniors come back next year. Coach Powell and staff talk to them before next game and see how many are planning on returning!!! INQUIRING MINDS WANNA KNOW!!!

What team have yall been watching if you have been around this program for four years like I have been you would see the improvements of this team like everyone else do pretaining to these kids and coaches. It has been times before that we will go a whole season without scoring a Touchdown and when we do it feels as though we won. These kids this year is scoring in every single game...for as #9 he played ok this year...he throw more Touchdowns than anyome else since my son have been going There...So please answer my question WHAT FOREST HILL TEAM YOU GUYS IS USE TO? THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN THIS GOOD TO PLAY WITH ANYONE!!!!!!! GOOD JOB GUYS

#9 did not play okay this season. I hate to be this way, but I blame almost all of our losses just on him. He tries to act like a superstar and blames others when he screws up.

I agree, the best QB to suit up for forest hill graduated last year unfortunately. That Moore kid...too bad we didnt have a line to block for him. Forest hill is showing much improvement and is going to compete next year for sure!

I wasn't watching Forest Hill last year my son wasn't there yet but I do know several students that went there and ALL of them told me to let my son go somewhere else to play football. He begged me to let him play at Forest Hill and we were at EVERY GAME THIS YEAR!!!! You can't blame the quarterback because the offensive line can't give him enough time to throw. He has to try and run,as soon as he get the ball the other team is on him.The coaching,they use two plays and both of them are running plays with the same guy.I really thought #1 was gonna get hurt.I don't blame the kids at all they played their hearts out even when we were losing by 30 points.Big Mike needs to get in the weight room so he can tone up a little,he has the size he just doesn't have the strength but he has one more year.The defense is good but when we go 3 and out every time they have the ball they get tired.I think Lowe is a junior,this was who i believe sholud have been given a chance to QB especially when we were down 30 points already. Try some of the defensive guys out on the offensive line it can't hurt at this point. Move some guys around.

FALCON FAN -- are you KIDDING ME? Were we at the same game? In case you missed it, #2 dropped the ball FIVE times. He's a very good athlete, but he's nowhere near the star that he's made out to be. #3 and #4 had good games, but they need to learn the plays -- holes were open on the line and they would go the other way. #56 jumped the line or hit someone late everytime he was on the field. There were at least six penalties against him....The best part of the game was when they took out #5 and #10 went in instead -- first play with him as QB and we gained 15 yards -- #5 comes back in and the offense stalls. Defensively, our DT's need to learn how to get through the line and make some tackles.

TO FALCON FAN: This is more MY team than yours and I DID give credit where credit was due! You just name a bunch of numbers, but can't back it up with what these players actually did on the field.....time will tell and the coaches will notice who belongs on the field and who doesn't. Man you right, I'm a player on the team now and the principle is terrible, the school spirit is terrible, the AD and this staff she hire is a bunch of guys that never played the game probably cept at the high school and I doubt that really, how did they make that decision...yeah some of the blame go to us but not to much cause we have really the same guys from last year cept for a few guys and we were at least getting with people but our practice routine is horrible now as well and these coaches really don't care because they are quitting after this year anyway and we will have diff coaches next year (or they will).

Your coach was hired to raise math fcat scores,and that was clearly stated in the P B Post and Sun Sentinel when it reported his hiring last Spring. Forest Hill has one agenda and that is to fight to keep fcat scores high enough to keep the state off The Palm Beach School Districts back. There is no money or time left for anything else. There are 4 high school age kids on my block and only 1 goes to Forest Hill all the others are in programs in other schools. Your AD is a cheerleading coach who is doing 1/3rd the job of the last AD and hates the football team and the boys who play on it. Like Really said nothing will change till the leadership changes. Today's post call the football team "hapless" things were looking up last year and now we are back to hapless. I hope all the adults are proud of themselves. GO FCAT!!

I remember last year it was a story out about them getting rid of that staff that broke that record...but I thought it was nothing so you tell me that soon as forest hill gets it together they fire the staff for a math teacher? OMG who is over the AD there that need to get look into! I remeber them having a nice RB#1 who I thought had another year..but I guess not but I read all these responses from this yr on here compared to last year its a complete 180. The crazy thing is that I'm a senior...and I was looking forward to this season to add on from last year lil success we had...instead of us focusing on getting better like many other schools around here we was dealing with so many negative things the whole intire spring. THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS THAT PEOPLE DONT KNOW WE WENT THROUGH BEFORE THEY HIRE COACH. They brought this other weird guy in from texas I think to take over as head coach at least that what he was telling us and he left like in the middle of the year so they was rushing to get those other coaches out here for what ever reason so we were the ones getting mess over in the end
