for teams like Dwyer, GC, PV, pahokee, Boca, West Boca, and the top school in the 561 you are always having kids swtich school so they can WIN...it aint about playing to win anymore its about joining a team to win...

i could name 5 kids that my son knows that transfer schools over illegal reasons (DONT LIKE COACH, DOESNT PLAY, COACHES GIVE THEM $$$$)
so dont post on here that "they transfer to play" NOO there are far more reasons to it

what hes trying to say is (I think) exactly that ED transferred to Boca and many other GREAT players playing at not as good schools leave because of their talent around them.
pretty much IT HAPPENS at every school ... dont blame the few u always do

And Park Vista can keep that head case Tre Mason. Would have been better off with Ed, but instead Ed went to Boca and a district championship and Park Vista when home @ 6-4. You tell me who got the better end of the deal. I don't want to hear about, wait till this year. Eddie Sullivan is at Wake Forest and Tre Mason is a Park Vista, huge difference, right now.

I heard Eddie changed and went to Marshall, but that whole deal didn't make sense why Eddie went to Boca when PV was doing really good. I heard cause the passing game or something like that. Don't know much about the tre young man except he is on a lot of threads hearing he is staying leaving etc. Also heard he is one of the top running backs around, but a lot of kids seem to transfer for one reason or the other. If PV stays together they still should be a top team.

The PV players aren't going anywhere. The players we have are homegrown and our coaches will continue to coach them up. We did lose Ed but it happens, bottom line is that we are who we are and we're looking forward to having a good season.

That is the way to earn back the respect PV deserves. Own the past and move on. PB Football Fan has been on this site for a while and has taken a lot of flack for his defense of Park Vista Cobras. This comes from Seminole Ridge, good luck on the upcoming season and I look forward to 8-6A football, the most competitive district in Palm Beach County. GO HAWKS!!!

I agree. We can speculate until the cows come home but it aint gonna do any good! September will be here before you know it. Thats when it counts. I do like the competetive spirit I hear from some people but get a laugh out of the ones who are making empty predictions. Each team has good players, big players and talented players. Its how they "team up" and how they're coached that makes 'em good or even great. The only way to find out who the big dogs are is to read the Saturday morning sports section in September, October and November! Thats what I'm looking forward to! I'm also looking forward to the excellent matchups in 8-6A where anyone can win on any given Friday night.

By 11pm every Fri. I'm reading PB Gametime site and I get tweets during the game I attend. I love 561 football 1-A thru 6-A, best high school football in the state. By midnight every Fri. I have the 411 on most of the games from the people that were at the game's, love it!
