Seems like they will be great this upcoming year.
What do they have that they didn't have last year. Mason, Preble, Matulis, all played last year and they still were not very good. They lost Perez and Freeman and that hurt big time. Park Vista will have a tough time in district because of no defense.
Even Park Vistas head coach said in a piece on Tre Mason that the kid is full of himself. He and some of his teammates were so flamboyant last year it was over the top. Until Park Vista WINS, I think it's all hype and their attitude sucks. We all know football is a team sport and If Dodd can pull them ALL together and get them to focus on TEAM, not individuals, yes they can be good. I doubt it though.
jcs wrecked them in ucf team camp
Camp----Spring----7-n-7: DO NOT MEAN ANYTHING.
The only measure of how good a football team is 11-n-11, 1st team vs 1st team. Look at the NFL preseason. The Indianapolis Colts go 1-3 in preseason and then play in the Superbowl. Spring is very much like preseason!!! Camp is like a practice scrimmage!!! 7-n-7 is athletic but it's flag football, put the pads on and add four big boys and the game changes to a new level. ANYBODY WHO KNOWS HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL KNOWS THIS.
I was at camp this year were two local teams scrimmaged and one of the teams did not play 2/3 of their starting team while the other team played all starters and then bragged about how they beat them.
JCS and PV would be a game I would like to see, but I doubt JCS wrecks em.
I don't remember any of Park Vista being full of themselves at the Dwyer game last year. They were perfect gentlemen.
It's easy to be humble after getting your butt kicked by a much better opponent.
face it....perez was no loss to vista. he was small time d3 at best. freeman was good and theyll miss him. vista will be good this year if they play together....if not, another 6-4 season.
show some love for pv
After last seasons nonsense, ya'll got to earn it back.
