1- Fort Pierce Central - Speed, speed, more speed.
2- Heritage - Good class coming in.
3- Dwyer - Good class coming in, would be one if they got a QB, may have to wait and see.
4- Palm Beach Gardens - More coming back than what people think
5- Royal Palm - Loaded, well coached.
6- Glades Central - need to find someone to throw the 9 route
7- Seminole Ridge - Defense will be stout
8- Park Vista - Had so much talent last year, no clue how they lost a game, most of those guys are back
9- Glades Day - Kelvin Taylor could beat most of the schools not on this list by himself.
10- Village Academy - like their helmets.
Love you long time. What choo fools got?
Only one i dont agree with is #10 - Village. Until they win a game against anyone that is even remotely good, they shouldn't get this rating.
At the beginning of las season, we heard about how far they've come and should be considered a threat in their district. All of their games were against doormat teams except for three - Treasure Coast (lost 6 - 40), Glades Day (lost 24 - 35), and Jupiter Christian (lost 0 - 40).
When you lose you're only three competitive games by a combined score of 30 - 115, you don't get to come in preseason ranked #10. You have to prove it.
Village no not at all- Teams Village will not beat- Newman, Atlantic, West Boca, John I, Lake Worth, Santaluces
Royal Palm is loaded? name them loaded get thrown around to much. loaded is miami northwestern jacory harris senior year or dwyer matt elam year...But royal palm have players in spots like #3 QB- #6CB- and probably #5 but they do not throw it enough #72 can be but slow feet
Like I said, I like Village helmets....and RPB got some 'Cats, really they do. Care to share yo top 10
Miami -- Nike Football Training Camps coach LeCharles Bentley knows a thing or two about playing in the trenches.
K.C. McDermott impressed everybody at the Miami Nike Camp with a slimmed-down body and improved footwork. So when the former NFL All-Pro raves about a player, the way he did about 2014 tackle prospect K.C. McDermott of Palm Beach (Fla.) Central after Sunday's event at Barry University, people should definitely take notice.
"He's young, a baby," Bentley said.
"And it's so rare to see a kid his age so refined both on and off the field. He just gets it. He loves the game, has great feet, is explosive and a leader. He has everything you want.
"Who knows how good this kid can become down the line."
McDermott, who is 6-foot-6 and 280 pounds, loved his Nike Camp experience. He took the time and really soaked in what Bentley and the other coaches were preaching.
"It was awesome and such a great event," McDermott said. "Coach Bentley and the others were just great to me and all the guys. They care. They worked with me on my footwork and how to shoot my hands. Those are two big things I picked up on while here."
McDermott has been down this road before. He was at this same event last season, and it was then that Bentley had a talk with him.
"Last year he showed up at like 295 pounds," Bentley said.
"I told him, 'You can't be pudgy anymore and you need to get serious about your body.' Did you see him? He's like 280, looks bigger and is so much better. He cares, and he's willing to do what he needs to do. I am so impressed."
McDermott also has someone else to look to for advice. His older brother, Shane, plays on the offensive front for the Miami Hurricanes. Shane McDermott was an Under Armour All-American who was nationally recruited by Stanford, USF, Vanderbilt and West Virginia before he signed with Miami.
"He has helped me a lot," McDermott said.

"Basically he has taught me to study film 24/7. I need to know everything and every move about my opponent. He also told me not to wait too long for recruiting and my decision because things change."
McDermott said he has scholarship offers from Miami, USF, FIU and FAU, while teams like Oregon, Alabama, FSU, LSU, Michigan State and others are all showing interest. Look for things to really pick up for him, especially now that spring evaluation period has started. Although coaches won't be able to call him because he's in the Class of 2014, plenty will surely be by his high school to review his film and see his improved frame and footwork.
"That would be nice," McDermott said. "I am just looking for the school that is the best fit for me."

1- Heritage- Well coach and athletes
2- GC- Can be number one if they be AHS
3- Dwyer- Well coach and athletes
4- Fort Pierce Central- Great skill guys
5- Park Vista- Has a program in place
6- Ridge- #5 loss hurt them but still a good team
7- Treasure Coast- Defense Defense Defense
8- Palm Beach Gardens- They are 8 for now but could drop out losing #1/#2/#56
9- Glades Day - Kelvin Taylor
10- Palm Beach Central- Could be highest 4 by season end
1- Dwyer- returning the most starters in the county and went farthest in the playoffs... remember?
2-GC always has great athletes should be another showdown vs dwyer
3) AH- someone hand GB the ball
4) fort pierce central- i dont know anything about them, sound overrated
5)ridge- very disciplined well coached team
Preseason top 5
1. AH
2. RPB
3. Dwyer
4. PBC
5. Everybody else!
Most of the teams mentioned have all the good young talent and have a ton of starters returning.
1. GC somebody has to knock them off. Haven't lost an area game since 2007. Don't write off the raiders yet.
2. Dwyer- this could be one of the best Panther teams ever.
3. Heritage- Greg Bryant is a man playing with boys. But I believe they will lose 3 regular season games.
4. ATL- don't sleep on these boys. Will make a statement at Heritage early in the season. Great runningback duo and very good d line.
5. Park Vista- has alot of talent coming back from an undeafeted team.
6/ Palm Beach Central- has a great runningback duo. It will all be about Defense for the Broncos.
7. John I. Leonard- sleeper with some really good players. Remember the name Jerry Jones.
8. RPB- Have to replace leader of offense and defense but have alot of talent and good coaching. They could end up four.
9. Seminole Ridge- It is going to be about stopping the other team in the LOX. Points might be hard to come by.
10. Boca Raton- Best qb in the county and some play makers.
Sleeper= Pahokee- got some really good young players. PK tradition can't stay down the forever.
An there is no way Village or Glades Day can play with any of these teams. Gardens lost alot and has a new coach. Too much change. An Fort. Pierce Central is not Palm Beach County.
No way man, Demarcus is going to be beter than Tremane ,RPB is solid #1. how can you posibly put GC aand Atl ahead of us you need to get off Dwyer and GC d*@#
1.) Heritage
I think Heritage is so far ahead of the pack that it would be wrong to put anyone in the next 9 spots.
Who is this Riviera dude? Makes no sense....NONE!!!
I am not a Heritage fan but I do respect the kids that play there, they will be hands down the best team in palm beach county. Even if they lose to powerhouses they play in other counties, the only team that will give them a go is Dwyer, everybody else Bryant is going to run wild on.
I understand that it is Greg Bryant senior year and he will be dominating but I really don't understand all the Stallion hype. Last years team was their best ever (and they still didn't beat GC) They have lost starting 2 OL, 2LB, wr, rb, and 2 DE to play college ball. These guys were most of the best players on the team. How do they get better after losing all those guys. Also Heritage has some really hard games this season. Cocoa, Armwood, GC, and Dwyer. They can lose to any of these teams.
Heritage O Line lost 4 Seniors who all started to Graduation. All 4 playing college football next year. Entire LB crew, all four were seniors playing coolege ball this year. Two best WR's graduated, playing college ball. Bryant will get his yards, but he will take alot more hits than prior year.
Everybody needs to take their hater shades off and realize this is the year of the Panther!!
Dwyer will be good, no doubt, but will choke in the playoffs again. They always find a way to not finish in the end. They should have won 4-5 state titles by now with all their talent. Not a hater just stating facts.
Those are opinions my friend. The last two season Dwyer lost it's last game to Armwood and Manatee. Both were state champs this year and finished in the top 10 in the country. Both teams were arguably more talented than Dwyer. It helps to know what you talking about before giving silly opinions. The year before states they lost to Plant. Also a state champ. That plant team had a qb, rb, and tightend that will be playing on Sundays. That Plant team was also arguably more talented than Dwyer. losing to national ranked teams at their field late in the fourth quarter is not choking. It's playing at an elite level and coming up short. But I understand your team has probably never played a team outside of PBC. So you are correct they have had some of the most talent around here. An that explains not losing to anyone outside of GC in over six years.
If you had actual knowledge you could say Dwyer won't win states because they have to go threw St. Thomas, Fort Pierce and Manatee. That would be more valid. It's funny that knocking a team for not winning state is all some of you haters have. Making the final four would be the best season in school history for most of PBC. Let alone four years in a row. Take them hater shades off.
Hey Riviera Beach you are talking out of both sides of your mouth. So what about your hype with Dwyer they also lost to GC last year but AH went on to win state and they are going to beat your Dwyer team. they are better this year you don't have understand
Riveria Beach cant talk until he is done coaching tonight ar Dwyer! He knows too much info not to be an insider on the staff.
won;t even win they district Year of the Wildcat
Went and watched Heritage all spring. Saw them at FAU and UCF. The defense is better this year than last year. Offense will be fine, receivers are great young athletes. Line is only weak point at the moment.
Royal Palm Beach will win district, regionals and be in state final. BOOK IT !! No Joking.
So they will beat dwyer and ATL Right?
1. AHS
2. Dwyer
3. PBC
4. GC
5. PV
6. ATL
7. FPC
8. Ridge
9. RPB
10. CN
1. RPB
2. Dwyer
3. AHS
4. PV
5. PBC/ATL
Everybody else! Now you are all scratching your heads at this point wondering how in the heck RPB is #1 and I will tell you all to watch the kickoff classic in Belle Glade and you will see why. A good coaching staff, discipline, consistent weight room program and kids that care equal success.
Dwyer has had D1A quarterbacks for a dozen years, Embick, Martinsen, Wallace, Brissett and Bauta. And managed to win 1 state title, only because Jack swallowed his pride and handed the ball to Matt Elam, instead of running his Madden 2013 offense. This cast of Dwyer QB,s are D3 commandos. They may have some success because of having great skill players, and having better players than 99% of the teams they face.
But the minute they get on equal footing they're as cooked as Fanny,s Fried Chicken.
Not sure about RPB being in that spot. Until they prove they can have seasons comparable to Dwyer and AHS they have to go ahead. I am glad you didn't put Newman in top ten, because they are a pee wee. I like
1. AHS this year " state Champs"
2. Dwyer regardless of losing in post season still the team to beat
3. PBC/ATL both strong central huge line new staff/ ATL very fast
4. PV returned a lot of talent very fast, but Dodds pride will blow it for them in post season
5. GC still top team, spring game didn't show the talent.
6. RPB very strong great coaching staff
7. Ridge, but down in talent and qb went to GC. Strong coaching staff
8. GDS they have Taylor and great coach always in the mix for state with rings
9. PBG ? but was in regional play new coach will see
10. ?
get this right
ahs
dwyer
gc
pbc
sridge
pbg
rpb
jil
boca
glades day
park vista sucks idk why ya idiots put them on top 10
MY --ss you are out of your mind. PV will be top 5 unless Dodds blows it.
I will tell you this, park vista will be NOTHING like last year, they have the worst OL in palm beach county. They are so much smaller, and really need help. I mean no doubt they have talent and speed everywhere on the field, but as for OL i don't see them winning as many games as last year. they get alot of talent at every other position but the trenches, if i was a DC game planning around them i would attack they're OL. GOOD BYE PARK VISTA!
That's not true at all our o line is not 6'5across but big for a high school team
Lake Worth will bounce back this year look out Royal Palm and Dwyer
You dont even believe that noise, bounce back from what???
Lake Worth will win 3 games this season if they lucky. Not in the same league as RPB and Dwyer yet. Try and beat Lakes first.
Lake Worth I guess you got jokes now!!!! You star the Moore brothers are gone. Your Era is over!!!!!!
PV will be out of the top ten in no time. They lost good players by transfer, because Dodd's has to much self center pride.Dodd's has no clue how to win big games. He only kept his none throwing QB, because he likes to run the ball and promised the kid the moon. PBC team to beat in that district.
Again, thanks for your input mr cassandra, we all know your kids were kicked off the team for repeated rule violations. And now you have them illegally enrolled in PBC. Where do you live again?
I think this is going down the wrong way. Maybe we need to just talk about Football.
